14-20 May The Clare and Gilbert Valleys Library Service Celebrity librarian:
The library is also participating in the 'celebrity librarian' campaign where we have invited prominent locals, including the mayor, councilors and the CEO to spend an hour of their time on the library front desk as 'celebrity librarian'.
15 May Adelaide Institute of TAFE National Library Technician's Day:

15 May Adelaide Ritz National Library Technician's Day:

16 May The Clare and Gilbert Valleys Library Service Thankyou day:
Staff will provide morning tea for the many volunteers that help make the service what it is, including history group volunteers, friends of the library and councilors, to say thankyou for their continued support and commitment to the service.
16 May Port Adelaide Enfield Public Library Service Author talks:
Tom Penna: on sharing our bush heritage. He is a stock agent and auctioneer for Elders and in his spare time he has self-published and promotes books on poetry and yarns. He likes to bridge the gap between country and city. Enfield Library -- Council Service Centre, 11-12pm.
17 May The Clare and Saddleworth libraries National Simultaneous Storytime:
Will participate in the National Simultaneous Storytime. Storytelling sessions for local preschool children will be held at 2pm, with an emu theme.
17 May Port Adelaide Enfield Public Library Service Author taks:
Have two local authors Lydia Laube and Emily Sutherland speaking about their writing based around their experiences working overseas as a aid volunteer and a nurse. Semaphore Public Library, 2-3:30pm.
18 May Port Adelaide Enfield Public Library Service For Libraries On-Line day:
We will be having sessions at our five branches for the following: basic internet sessions; basic computer training; on-line public access computer catalogue training
18 May The Clare library Libraries Online day:
Will host Simon Gierke, Networks for you regional co-ordinator for the day. He will be available to give small groups lessons on the internet and answer questions concerning online information and technology.
18 May Port Adelaide Enfield Public Library Service Libraries On-Line day:

23 May Vic Special Libraries Section How to become indispensable to your clients:
