We're seeking an executive to join the Senior Management team of the Lifestyle and Community directorate within Australia’s second largest Council.


About the Position


We’re on the hunt for someone who has the credibility and experience of leading, and a proven track record of delivering sustained change and people initiatives that drive a high performance culture.


With 5 direct reports, over 300 staff, more than 100 volunteers and a total operating budget of approximately $27 million, this key leadership role is influential to the development of integrated major infrastructure to produce value-adding service to our community.

You’ll have the ability to create organisational capability whilst influencing and informing a strategic, tactical and implementation focus within a culture which cultivates collaboration, evidence based decision-making, research, learning and innovation.
