You will support the learning and teaching of the University through the promotion of high quality online resources and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will work closely with the Copyright Coordinator to provide expert advice and practical support to the University community to ensure appropriate access to digitised readings.
To be successful you will have:
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in partnering with clients to develop effective relationships
- Experience investigating and resolving issues and providing high quality client focussed services
- A working knowledge of Australian copyright requirements as applied to the tertiary education sector, including awareness of developments

The Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) is responsible for the operation of the Faculties and the learning support services at the University including the Division of Learning and Teaching and the Division of Library Services. This includes responsibility for the University’s course profile and, with Academic Senate, course and learning and teaching quality. The Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) is also a member of the Vice-Chancellors Leadership Team.
The Office of the Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) provides high level executive and administrative support to the Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) and the portfolio.
The Division of Library Services supports the University’s ethos of ‘yindyamarra winhanga-nha’ - ‘the wisdom of respectfully knowing how to live well in a world worth living in’. We provide high quality information services and resources to support students, staff, and all members of the University campuses and its communities.
