InterALIA, February 2007

Starry Starry Night

Richmond Hotel 5 Dec 2006

The second annual Starry Starry Night end of year celebration for ALIA SA was a hot summer's night, in the midst of Rundle Mall full of festive shoppers and cricket watchers around every television screen. Attendees enjoyed a free glass of champagne thanks to Jenny Paradiso and Ex Libris, and lots of yummy nibbles thanks to the Richmond Hotel, ALIA's Arcom group, and of course sponsorship of Alan Smith and the State Library of South Australia.

Kate Sinclair, ALIA SA Convenor, was host for the evening, presenting awards and launching the professional development program for 2007, in partnership with State Library.
Raeco came to the party with a door prize hamper, with Paul de Boer presenting the prize. Paul also combined with Kate to launch SA Library Achiever of the Year for 2007 - nominations now open and are due in on 1 May 2007.
