ALIA Group application form

Members wishing to establish a group are required to apply to the Executive Director. The assessment will include consideraton of the group's:

  • ability to fulfil the objects of the Association;
  • purpose and program;
  • financial viability;
  • transparency in the proposed usage of Association funds; and
  • proposed communication with members.

Remember to keep a copy of the completed application forms for reference - and if you need assistance or more information, please contact the Groups Liaison Officer [details above].

Once your group is endorsed...
Endorsed groups are required to re-apply yearly to the Executive Director for annual funding - and must also submit yearly activity reports.

..but the rest is up to you - start an e-list, host exciting events or even a conference. Use the existing group web pages as a source of inspiration, and make the most of your involvement with ALIA.
