With experience gained over 30 years, Adam has developed world-class educational experiences for museums, libraries and festivals around the world. Audiences participate in playful, authentic environments that promote curiosity and creativity, develop communication and confidence and encourage a can-do attitude (the "5Cs"). Adam contributed to the design and operation of the Early Start Discovery Space in Wollongong, one of Australia's only dedicated children's discovery spaces, unique in being hosted and operated by a university faculty.

His international acclaimed "experiences" include the "Kids Dig: archaeological dig site, "Build It" house construction zone, a ship of discovery, caves, performance spaces and tranquil discovery gardens. The Little Bang Discovery Club was created by Adam in partnership with Randwick City Library in 2015. Due to the enthusiastic uptake by librarians across the country, Little Bang rapidly developed as a major contributor to the 'STEM ecosystem' for families in over 300 communities across Australia . The Little Bang Club has become the foundation program for introducing other resources, such as lone-able science equipment boxes and maker/creator sets. Adam and the Children's Discovery team are proud to collaborate with libraries, sharing the view that libraries have the power to transform lives and nourish healthy communities.
