Dr Kasey Garrison
Dr. Kasey Garrison is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Information and Communication Studies at Charles Sturt University. Kasey has experience teaching in primary schools as well as the university level. Kasey’s research interests focus on social justice and diversity issues within youth literature and the availability of these titles to youth. She has been invited to present to various organisations and research groups virtually and physically at regional, state, national, and international levels, including the keynote at the International Association for School Librarianship’s online conference in 2018 and ALIA’s Incite in Conversation in March 2021.
