Mark Norman
Mark Norman is the Wollongong City Libraries Manager who has also worked in managerial and strategic roles in Kogarah and Rockdale libraries. Mark is currently involved in leading a complex workforce planning program with the Manager Library and Community Services. Mark is interested in the evolution of libraries over the centuries and the ways in which we constantly meet the changing needs of the environment and community.
