ALIA SNGG QLD - Peer Mentor Matchmaking

Primary tabs

What do we all have in common? We all watch movies, read books, and listen to music about the topic of relationships. We’re all looking for that special someone to share a life with, to have a meaningful and supportive relationship that makes us better individuals. You can’t wait for a good relationship to happen, you need to put yourself out there and take a chance. Arguably, the most important relationship you’ll have in your career is with your mentor. Why can’t you apply the same techniques for dating with finding a mentor?

The aim of this workshop is to allow each participant to walk away with at least 1 peer mentor (or maybe even more!), someone they can remain in contact with and support throughout their career. It’s a way of making new friends and networking with professionals. Your perfect peer mentor could be waiting for you… you just haven’t met them yet!

Participants should be open to networking and giving out their “details” to other participants in the workshop.
